These are a few self-care tips I've learned during the quarantine. Sometimes we need to stop hustling and look at ourselves and rejuvenate our bodies and mind!
Journaling
Ever since I began journaling, it has been a life-changer. All the emotions I was feeling can finally be expressed on a piece of paper that I can reflect on.
Meditating
From all the crazy things that have been happening, I focused on my breathing, and it has been eye-opening. Appreciating small things like this has been a game-changer.
Sleeping
I realize how vital sleeping was for yourself physically and mentally. At least getting about 7-8 hours a day is necessary for your state of mind.
Walking
I learned to appreciate just walking for at least ten minutes a day. Being in bed all day is not suitable for you and just enjoying nature and the scenery while walking can uplift your mood significantly!
